Return and Refund Policy
AMTHYS PARIS provides consumer assurance services 100% safe and secure.

1. Authentic guarantee
We are guarantee authenticity in all of our products.
Please note that Amthys Paris skincare is currently available on Shopee Malaysia and our website, you also can order through our official customer service from our facebook page fb.com/amthysofficial & fb.com/amthysparis.beauty.

2. What do I do if I had an allergic reaction?
We understand that not every product will work for every person. If you've experienced an allergic reaction with one of our products, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team within one week (7 days) of your parcel received date.

Your input will help us communicate to the brand involved and find an appropriate solution!
In your message to our Customer Service Team, please include:

  1. Your order number/ purchased from
  2. The full name of the product that caused an allergic reaction
  3. A detailed description of the symptoms experienced

Our Customer Service Team may also ask for:

  1. A full view photo of your order invoice
  2. Photos of the product
  3. Photos of the affected area

Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to our products and brands, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.After the beauty consultant confirms the allergen of your skin, you have the right to apply for a refund.Refunds are guaranteed within 1-7 days after the submitted refund procedure is approved.  *The company will have the right not to deal with it after more than 7 days of overdue. 

3. Damaged and returned
If the product is found to be damaged or deteriorated, you must contact the customer service department within 24 hours after received the parcel.

  • Take a video of the defect product and invoice send to our customer service
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of the date of parcel received. *The express and the company will have the right not to deal with it after more than 24 hours of overdue
  • You can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within (1-5) working days
